Mary is an architect with over 20 years experience in the planning and design of healthcare facilities. A certified Six Sigma Greenbelt, her superior interpersonal skills and thoughtful analysis have consistently led clients to design solutions that are extraordinary in their simplicity, economy and beauty. Mary’s focus on patient-centered design has influenced the development of several major award-winning facilities.

Ted has dedicated his entire architectural career to the planning and design of healthcare facilities. With over 35 years’ experience Ted has provided project design and management leadership for over two hundred healthcare projects and has extensive experience with a wide variety of diagnostic and treatment modalities. His involvement in every aspect of project development from programming and conceptual design through detailed construction contract management provides clients with the requisite acumen to make informed decisions.

With over twenty-five years of professional design experience, Michael specializes in OSHPD-certified healthcare projects for new and renovated facilities. He has planned and designed complex and large-scale replacement hospitals, as well as rural community facilities. Michael is well versed in all phases of project development from strategic planning through completion of construction. Michael will be responsible for the departmental planning and OSHPD compliance.

As a leader in Healthcare design, Scott is responsible for shaping the hospital of the future by listening to clients and facilitating their visions. He believes the foundation of success for any healthcare system in today’s environment is to maximize operations and efficiency, and expedite each project’s speed to market. Through Lean analysis, Kaizen events and teaming, Scott integrates with healthcare clients across the nation on an intimate level. Combined with his background in over 25 years of strategic master planning and as a leader of over $400 million total work in this industry, clients rely on Scott to consistently implement strategic and future-minded goals.

Rich has over 30 years of architectural experience in a wide variety of project size and type in both new construction and renovations. He has served as project manager on hospitals, medical clinics and institutional facilities, ranging in construction cost from under a million up to $500 million. His varied roles include principal-in-charge, project manager, and cost estimator, but his true passion lies in planning and programming for healthcare facilities. Rich is a certified healthcare architect through the American College of Healthcare Architects.

Esperanza is an experienced healthcare planner with a passion for designing healing environments. She has worked on a variety of projects from hospital master planning and mobile clinics to ambulatory surgery centers and full hospital renovation and expansion projects. She is able to effectively coordinate with clients to meet and exceed their needs and goals. Esperanza keeps abreast of healthcare design trends and evidenced-based research to guide her efforts in planning. Her knowledge of the healthcare field combined with a deep understanding of design research helps her in planning effective and innovative strategies for facilities.

Hilke is an experienced healthcare planner who has worked and studied internationally. Her varied experience includes large-scale, prestigious healthcare and mixed use developments. Hilke’s experience designing geographically diverse, multi-functional buildings provides a unique perspective to every project on which she works. Hilke also has experience with simulation modeling and design research for the clinical healthcare setting.

Howard is a nationally recognized expert in the master planning and design of workplaces for corporate, research, and healthcare organizations. A lead architect and planner with cross market experience, he is skilled at helping clients define and realize their project vision. Howard works with multiple project constituents to understand their business culture, aspirations and functional requirements. He champions these drivers to create expressive, high quality projects.
