As Director of Interior Design, Gayle is actively involved in quality assurance and staff development. Her years of experience and thoughtful approach allow her to work quickly and decisively to reach solutions that are tailored to the needs of each client. A skilled practitioner, she works closely with user groups to develop workplace strategies and environments that are inspired and uplifting.

Howard is a nationally recognized expert in the master planning and design of workplaces for corporate, research, and healthcare organizations. A lead architect and planner with cross market experience, he is skilled at helping clients define and realize their project vision. Howard works with multiple project constituents to understand their business culture, aspirations and functional requirements. He champions these drivers to create expressive, high quality projects.

Nannette is an interior designer specializing in healthcare and science & technology facilities. She leads the design of the interior environment by developing options for interior materials, finishes, and colors that achieve the goals of the project whether it be for image, patient satisfaction, or long-term performance. An effective and energetic collaborator, Nannette thrives on the challenge of creating spaces and environments that have a positive and uplifting impact on the lives of the people who use them.

Laura is an interior design professional specializing in the planning, design, and construction of complex healthcare spaces.  As a lead project designer, she collaborates with all project stakeholders to create patient-focused, staff-friendly environments, while optimizing project programs, satisfying code requirements, and ensuring long-term performance.  Her work consistently demonstrates a belief that built space can and must affect, enhance, and enliven daily life.

Ashley is an interior designer with experience in all phases of architecture and interior design. She has a nuanced understanding of the impact of interior environments and creates responsive forms and environments. Ashley works closely with leadership and user groups to design beautiful spaces that express the client’s image and identity.

Combining over 30 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and construction management, Dawn brings an integral viewpoint to the Corporate Practice. Dawn’s experience includes the translation of evidence-based design research into high-performance workplace environments and the development of corporate design guidelines. This enables her to work closely with clients from project inception through project closeout, balancing client needs and desires with the overall project perspective and details, such as budget and schedule to create environments that support and inspire.
