Project Description

Skenandoa House
Clinton, NY

The new Skenandoa House is a product of the 20,000 SF historic structure transformed from a former fraternity house into a new residence hall.  The facility was able to achieve LEED Gold status.

“The partnership between EwingCole and our institution was invaluable in our efforts to make Skenandoa House more environmentally efficient. The finished project consumes significantly less energy per square foot than our other residence halls.  Skenandoa House began as an experiment, and we are very pleased with the results and payback we’ve received; we have retained EwingCole to apply similar strategies in the renovation of Hamilton College’s Kirner Johnson Hall.”
