EwingCole goes through a leadership transition every six years. This transition is rooted in the principles of our company’s founders Alec Ewing and Stan Cole who believed that an orderly and scheduled transition of leadership will provide opportunities for new growth. They recognized the importance of regularly injecting a renewed outlook and vision at the top of the organization as a system for continuous evolution.

Starting in April 2017, the new leadership team includes Bob McConnell as president, Jared Loos as chief executive officer, and Keith Fallon as executive vice president. Collectively, they serve as an executive team focused on strategies for culture, growth, and innovation.
