EwingCole, one of the nation’s leading architecture, engineering, and interior design firms, announced that Joseph Castner, AIA, RIBA, LEED AP has joined the firm as the Irvine Director of Operations. Castner will play a key role in team coordination, staff development, and financial performance for the Irvine office.

With over 30 years of professional experience, Joe previously worked for SOM in Chicago, New York, and London and was most recently a principal and managing director at Jacobs/KlingStubbins’ in Washington, DC. His previous clients include Boston Properties, Lockheed Martin, Skanska Development, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Broadgate Estates in London.
Joe graduated from Columbia University in 1985 with a master of science in architecture. He is an active member in the American Institute of Architects and the Royal Institute of British Architects. Joe resides in Laguna Beach with his wife, Suzanne.
